He has reasons to be optimistic because according to local gambling laws, two stand-alone casinos are allowed. Another rule that this casino does abide by is the regulation that the distance between two stand-alone casinos has to at least twenty miles. Though they will have to submit one hundred and forty-four pages of the application, they are optimistic.
These licenses will cost more than fifty million and experts also guess that building and creating the physical structures along with the slot machines and the rest will reach at least two hundred million. According to the casino personnel, they wish to add slots, hotel rooms, 2 boat slips, a day-care center, and even a few landing pads for helicopters.
